All reservations must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit in order for it to be taken into account. The deposit represents approximately 15% of the amount of your reservation. The remaining balance will be paid directly during your stay in Wadi Rum, in Jordanian dinars. Note that the ATM at the visitor center does not work for everyone.

Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer, the bank details of which will be communicated to you.

You will receive a confirmation email indicating the remaining balance.

If you cancel a reservation, cancellation fees may be charged by the provider

• If your cancellation is presented at least 48 hours in advance, no cancellation fees will be charged. The deposit will be returned to you.
• If your cancellation is presented less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure or the start time of the activity, the deposit will not be returned to you.
