Bedouin Journey

How to reach us in Wadi Rum?

Le Wadi Rum by car

Take the desert road, then take the Wadi Rum road, you’re almost there! You only have a few kilometers left before arriving at the Visitor Center. You must collect your Jordan Pass, or pay the sum of 7 JOD, the price of entry to the nature reserve.

Continue for about 6km on the road that leads to the village. You will find free parking on your right to park your car next to the “Rest House”. We will come and meet you at this location, this is our meeting place.

Le Wadi Rum by taxi

Taxi is an easy way to find us. Taxis are metered, but standard prices apply. If you wish to take a taxi on your own, we advise you to discuss the destination and price with the driver.

We can organize the journey for you with a local company with which we are used to working. To do this, ask us when you make your reservation.

Le Wadi Rum by bus

There are not always direct lines to Wadi Rum. It is sometimes necessary to make a connection in another city. You can consult the JETT bus company website to find out the timetables, but also the routes taken. We advise you to go to the bus station to check departure times. To ensure your place on the bus, we advise you to buy your ticket on their website. This will avoid unpleasant surprises!

However, we invite you to check their site because an Amman – Wadi Rum line has been opened, for 20 JOD. However, the times are very limited so we invite you to check if this coincides with your schedule.

There are also local buses. Traffic times are not fixed. In fact, the bus only leaves when it is full. Important information: no buses run on Fridays.

Not all buses will take you to the “Rest House”. We can of course pick you up at your stop.
